THE INOX-MX3 ANTI-CORROSION LUBRICANT IS WIDELY USED FOR MAINTAINING FARM MACHINERY AND MINING EQUIPMENT, etc.

FARM MACHINERY and EQUIPMENT

TRACTORS:
INOX readily PENETRATES rust and corrosion to protect nuts, wheels, tracks, blade bolts and exhaust manifolds, etc.
INOX protects against moisture and corrosion and stops nuts and bolts from seizing up and eases their maintenance.
INOX LUBRICATES linkages, cables, couplings, hinges and locks, stops them from freezing at sub-zero temperatures and protects electrical systems. INOX protects switches, light fittings, starter motors, generators, alternators, battery cables and terminals against moisture and corrosion.

HARVESTERS:
Use INOX to lubricate and protect chains and sprocket drives, couplings, clamping rings, cables, locks, hinges, electrical fittings and cables.
Use INOX on all equipment intended for harvesting grain, fruit and vegetables and on all combine harvester equipment.
Spray INOX on the cutting blades and separator forks at the front of the combine harvester to protect them from moisture and corrosion during times of inactivity.
The INOX lubricant is compatible with hydraulic oils and systems.

SHEEP SHEARING:
Use INOX to LUBRICATE combs, cutters, over-head mechanisms, hand-pieces connecting drive shafts and coupling mechanisms.
INOX protects combs, cutters and hand pieces against corrosion between shearing seasons.

POULTRY AND EGG FARMS:
INOX is very effective at LUBRICATING and PROTECTING the feed lines, conveyors and chains used in poultry and egg production sheds from corrosion.
In egg grading and packaging lines, use INOX to lubricate and protect the conveyors, clamping rings, electrical systems, egg washing machinery and grading and sorting machinery.
INOX protects against corrosion and maintains the equipment in good working order.
INOX is harmless and will not stick to the eggs.

TESTIMONIAL:

The Egg and I - Tweed Heads, AUSTRALIA –
"We process 60,000 eggs every day. After having tried different products, we found them to be nowhere near as effective as INOX.
We use INOX in the egg producing sheds to lubricate the machinery and stop corrosion.
With regard to the stationary egg washing, sorting and packaging plants, INOX avoids all of the lubrication and corrosion problems that we experienced with other, similar products.
INOX maintains all of our facilities and is harmless to the eggs. We will keep on using it. INOX is very effective”.

MINING MACHINERY AND PLANTS

EARTH MOVING MACHINERY:
The INOX lubricant penetrates and lubricates rusty or frozen tracks, nuts, couplings, exhaust systems, air-braking systems, fuel injectors, door hinges, locks, clamping rings and axles, etc. When heat seizures occur in the larger diesel engines (D series and above), pour half a litre of INOX lubricant into each fuel injector and leave for approximately 12 hours. In most cases, this will free up the pistons and rings and therefore save on costly down time and overhauls.
INOX can be used up to 3 times before the engine requires a full overhaul.
INOX protects electric starter motors, alternators/generators, air starters, lights, solenoids, switches, electric circuits, pneumatic systems and other electrical parts and fittings against corrosion and moisture.
INOX is harmless and does not affect hydraulic fittings or systems.

SALT MINING:
INOX is very effective as an anti-corrosion lubricant for the electrical parts, fittings and machinery used in the salt mining and processing industry.
INOX can be sprayed directly into starter motors and alternators/generators for lubrication and protection from corrosion.
INOX maintains WINCHES, CABLES, CHAINS and COUPLINGS constantly lubricated and protected from corrosion and moisture.

UNDERGROUND PUMP MOTORS and ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS:
INOX protects all of this equipment from moisture and corrosion.
Should any pump motors, electrical parts or fittings be submerged in water, they must be rinsed with fresh water before spraying INOX on the inner and outer surfaces, then allowed to drain for approximately two hours. This operation removes any residual moisture, stops corrosion and allows the equipment to be immediately commissioned, thus saving on costly repairs.
INOX can also be used on both DC and AC currents (single or multi-phase).

GRADING AND CONVEYOR SYSTEMS:
All facilities encounter high moisture and dust problems. Use INOX to clean, lubricate and protect clamping rings, splines, sprockets, chains and couplings against corrosion.
INOX has a self-cleaning mechanism and can be reapplied several times without having to clean off former applications.
INOX is non-static.

THE INOX LUBRICANT HAS A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS FOR ONGOING MAINTENANCE AND MORE INTRINSIC OPERATIONS ON ALL TYPES OF MACHINERY, PLANTS AND EQUIPMENT USED IN THE FARMING AND MINING INDUSTRIES.

CAUTION: INOX MAY AFFECT SOME NATURAL RUBBER PRODUCTS IN THE EVENT OF LONG-TERM USE (perform a prior test)
