THE INDUSTRIAL QUALITY, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGICAL USES OF THE INOX LUBRICANT MAKE IT THE IDEAL PRODUCT.

CUTTING, TAPPING AND MILLING LUBRICANT:
INOX is the best lubricant in the aluminium and aluminium alloy industry.
It gives a clean and smooth finish and stops the problems involving tool squeaking, seizing and all problems connected to working with these metals.
INOX is a good lubricant for drilling, tapping and cutting all metals.
The INOX lubricant enables you to save a significant amount of time in the stainless steel industry; the finish is clean and smooth.
INOX is a good lubricant for metal and metal alloy cutting machines without being affected by problems associated with lubricant-type soluble oils.
INOX quality does not change in cutting, tapping and milling systems.
INOX cleans reservoirs, pumps and feed lines and protects them from corrosion.
INOX can be sprayed using an applicator outside of machining applications.
INOX is a good lubricant for the metal cutting blades used on guillotines.

TESTIMONIAL:

MITCHELL GLASS & ALUMINIUM, Gold Coast, Australia:
“Our business does a lot of commercial and industrial contract work where we handle structural aluminium.
INOX has resolved all of the problems that we encountered with cutting and drilling aluminium.
We have been using it for the last 8 years and believe it to be the best product available for our type of industry".
Jerry Mitchell, Prop.

STAMPING AND PUNCHING:
The INOX lubricant enables you to punch and stamp metals and bars without sticking.
Just spray a coat of INOX onto the element.

WELDING AND COATINGS:
INOX is a good lubricant for wire feeders on MIG welders, prevents them from jamming, stops corrosion and allows the wire to feed smoothly.
Spray INOX on iron (particularly for works performed outdoors) to protect against rust forming before painting or powder coating the surface.
Oil-based primers can be painted over the initial INOX coat without removing the latter. Once cleaned with white spirit, INOX is compatible with powder coatings.
INOX can be easily removed with white spirit or most mineral-based solvents.
INOX does not affect painted or varnished surfaces or finishes.

LUBRICATION AND PROTECTION:
INOX has a very low density, which enables it to lubricate and protect compasses and Vernier micrometres from rust and corrosion.  Spray INOX onto steel and steel alloy part finishes and on fittings such as: crankshafts, engine blocks, cam shafts and production lines to protect against corrosion and extend their shelf life.
Use INOX to lubricate and protect axles, mandrels, tool clamps, threaded shafts, fastenings and lathe beds, etc. on power hacksaws, milling machines, lathes, drilling and boring machines against corrosion.
INOX protects milling heads, reamers and cutting tools from corrosion between uses.
INOX protects the metal surfaces of machinery against corrosion.
INOX protects steel plates, bars, rods and tubes stored in the open air against rust.
Use INOX to manually clean all tools and protect them from corrosion.

LUBRICANT-TYPE SOLUBLE CUTTING OILS:
INOX is not compatible with lubricant-type soluble cutting oils: reservoirs and feed lines must be cleaned before using INOX. As most soluble cutting oils have no anti-corrosion component, rust and corrosion may form on lathes and milling machines.
INOX protects the equipment and stops corrosion provided that the soluble oils are previously washed away. If this is not the case, INOX may lose its effectiveness.
INOX cleans by ejecting corrosion from the pores of the metal. This action generally results in a reddish brown coating appearing on the surface of the metal 24 hours after application.
Spray INOX onto a cotton cloth to clean away corrosion and maintain the equipment.

CAUSTIC CLEANING BATHS:

INOX is a very effective anti-corrosion product for metal finishes, however its effectiveness may be affected by fumes from a caustic bath. Always store finished parts away from caustic baths. There are no set rules for this with trial and error being the only way to determine a safe distance.

CAUTION: INOX MAY AFFECT SOME NATURAL RUBBER PRODUCTS IN THE EVENT OF LONG-TERM USE (perform a prior test)
